At the dawn of the 21st century, Roswell has become synonymous with one of the most heralded events of all time. For that fact alone, it deserves to be researched and investigated until there is nothing left to investigate. Join us for an adventure of a lifetime which will not only be riddled with unexpected cover-ups but also breakthroughs as we search for the truth. We will go back in time and step-by-step emerge with not only a greater comprehension of the UFO crash, but why, to this day, it remains one of the greatest cover-ups in the history of the world
Will build a case, focusing on the legal framework and requirements by which an event must be judged. In its way, Roswell has proven to be a painstaking example of what would be necessary to be victorious not only in any courtroom but also in the continuing efforts towards UFO disclosure. As with any jury, the students time and energy are needed to follow the witnesses’ evidence. You may find it difficult at times as the stakes remain high, but it will become evident that we will be unearthing a most extraordinary event.

Lecture 7. Deathbed Confessions.
a. Admissibility in court.
b. Family involvement.
c. Third-party witnesses – doctors, nurses, etc..
d. Reliability as recognized by the judicial system.
Lecture 8. Roswell Dispositive; Game Over.
a. From ‘conspiracy theory’ to proven fact.

About Donald R. Schmitt
Aside from being a seven-time best-selling investigative author, Don is a former co-director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) in Chicago where he also served as Director of Special Investigations. His first book, UFO Crash at Roswell co-authored with Kevin D. Randle, was made into the Golden Globe nominated movie ROSWELL. His highly acclaimed book Witness to Roswell, co-authored with Thomas J. Carey, was the number 1 selling UFO book in the world for two straight years. His appearances on TV and all other media range from Oprah to Larry King Live and hundreds of other appearances in between. Don is also an international lecturer which lead to his being chosen as the North American representative to the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) headquartered in Portugal. He is also the lead-investigator for the world-renowned International UFO Museum and Research Center (IUFOMRC) in Roswell… at no one’s surprise.
