Microcourse Description:
High-Performance Virtual Teams are organizations, teams, or groups working in a virtual environment that are focused on achieving the same goals. Bringing team members together through a virtual environment can be a challenging task. This microcourse identifies these challenges and helps your participants push through to success.
With our Creating High-Performance Virtual Teams Basics microcourse, you will begin to see how important it is to develop a core set of high-performance skills while working remotely. By knowing and managing the way people interact in a remote environment, you will be setting your virtual teams up to accomplish any task.

Single microcourses do not qualify for academic credit. However, enrolled students can add three microcourses together, purchase a Microcourse Credit Conversion option, pay the difference between the cost of the microcourses and a regular trimester course at their degree level and submit your reflection journals and a Final Creative Assignment for grading.
