The Rendlesham Forest Incident With Gary Heseltine
Course Description:
Gary Heseltine, a retired police detective uses his 24-year career skills to examine the best evidence regarding a number of alleged UFO encounters that took place both in Rendlesham Forest that lay between the twin USAF bases of RAF Bentwaters and Woodbridge in late December 1980, in Suffolk, England.
Based on his five-year reinvestigation of one of the world’s most famous cases it culminated in the publication of his book ‘NON-HUMAN The Rendlesham Forest UFO Incidents: 42 Years of Denial (2023).
The Foreword was written by Donald R. Schmitt (the world’s leading expert on the seminal Roswell case) who also said of the book,
“Whether you are a lifelong student or a total novice of the UFO enigma, Gary Heseltine’s Non-Human is a must-read! Not only is it the definitive work on the famous Rendlesham Forest incident, it also demonstrates a level of investigation prowess too often lacking when serious research is required.”
A world class UFO case
An unsuspecting British public woke up on the morning of Sunday October 2nd 1983, to a stark ‘News of the World’ (UK newspaper) headline – ‘UFO lands in Suffolk: and That’s Official’, and with it the Rendlesham Forest incident made its breakthrough into the mainstream media around the world.
Whilst the case had received some limited coverage, it was certainly not well known. The effect of the ‘News of the World’ story sent shockwaves around the world and the area known as Rendlesham Forest, would never be the same again.
The cat was out of the bag and the Rendlesham Forest Incident began its journey to becoming one of the most important UFO cases in history.
