30-40 minutes suggested daily practices

Advaitananda Stoian
is the founder and principal teacher of the Institute for Quantum Transformation, as well as a nuclear scientist and author. He has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over three decades. The programmes he designs on integral success and leadership draw on universal principles and laws in order to help people work in a fully integrated way, in line with their true selves, to get the most out of life and career at all levels and to tap into and master the full potential of the brain and consciousness.
Course Structure
The Eye of the Storm 21-day is an evergreen online course. Everyone can choose when to start and how much time to invest according to personal aspirations and lifestyle.
● 21-day guided online course, delivered in full, allowing you to progress at your own pace
● Three video lecture recordings with Advaitananda, approximately 6 hours in length (2 hours each)
● Three MP3 audio recordings of the lectures
● Live group calls with Advaitananda*
● Daily worksheets to put the teachings into practice
● Four recordings of guided practices (MP3 audio)
● Ongoing membership in the Community Group, offering support and teaching guidance throughout the programme and after completion *Live calls are scheduled periodically with the teacher for all EOS students and alumni to join and ask pertinent questions that have arisen and to share from their practice and experiences.
