We Are Not Alone

Graduate Degree Programs in Extraterrestrial Studies

What are the facts concerning UFOs/UAP?
How do we learn to communicate with ETs?

As more information regarding the phenomena enters the public domain following President Biden’s mandate in late 2023, these stand out as the two most fundamental questions regarding UFO/ UAP phenomena.

Ubiquity University, in partnership with New Paradigm Institute, is delighted to offer a graduate degree program in Extraterrestrial Studies; the first ever in history. All students entering into this program are pioneers and groundbreakers as humanity enters its ET Moment.

We recommend that your program begins with Ubiquity’s Creative Journey to Dissertation course, which will give you the tools to shape, and eventually write, your thesis or dissertation. You will then continue your studies in the core program with Ubiquity and the NPI, and return again to Ubiquity for the higher education credential.

About the program

The partnership between Ubiquity University and New Paradigm Institute will be comprised of two separate Certificates:

  • One offered by New Paradigm Institute on The History, Law, Politics and Technology of UAP, taking place 2024 and beyond.

  • One offered by Ubiquity University on Extraterrestrial Awareness and Communication through its School of Science and Consciousness, starting in 2025.

Each academic certificate requires the completion of 8 micro courses and an essay.
For more information on these courses and the essay please visit the ET Studies Certificate page.

Both certificates must be completed to receive the credit necessary for a Masters or PhD degree in Extraterrestrial Studies.

On completion, you will become part of a new generation of thought leaders in this rapidly-expanding field by creating a lasting contribution to the subject in the form of a thesis or dissertation. The pricing overview can found below.

For question regarding admissions please contact Nora Silini. For questions regarding the program’s content please contact Jim Garrison.

His massive two-volume history, UFOs and the National Security State, has permanently altered our understanding of the history of UFOs and the government coverup. He is co-author of the classic book, “A.D. After Disclosure,” which opened up an entire conversation on how UFO Disclosure could actually take place, and what that might mean for our world. His book, “UFOs for the 21st Century Mind,” remains the best single volume to discuss the full range of the UFO subject in all its complexity.

His most recent book, The Alien Agendas, is another unique contribution to the subject, being one of the few attempts to analyze the beings behind the UFO phenomenon by examining the long history of our encounters with them.

The Ubiquity Graduate Degree

The Ubiquity Graduate Program combines the US and European designs of graduate programs with a blend of taught learning with research and writing. It must show awareness of the history of the literature in your particular area; demonstrate careful analysis and understanding of the field in question; and, most importantly, show how your insight can be applied to the real world.
